Allwell Akhigbe is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Travaille Ensemble. Allwell is familiar with and has won multi-million dollar grants from the Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO), United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United States Government (USG) agencies such as the US State Department Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL), European Union, the World Bank and other United Nations agencies.
His competencies include capture management, prepositioning, developing business development standard operating procedures, proposal writing, grants management, and donor relations. Allwell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University, Washington DC, a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Diplomacy from the University of Benin, Nigeria. Business development is a passion for him, as he genuinely loves to be in the background weaving those relationships and partnerships that enable social impact organizations to deepen their impact. He started out in an entry-level role as a Business Development Assistant and worked his way up to Business Development Manager in an American social impact organization.
